At build kickoff

30% of your build investment, due at signing. Your $2,500 assessment credit is deducted here. No work begins until receipt.

At deployment

The remaining 70% — your final invoice. It lands when your agent is live in your production environment and accepted through a simple go-live checklist. You pay when it is working, not before.

The first 90 days

Monitoring and tuning are included in your build price. Your agent runs live while our team watches it, catches edge cases, and adjusts its behavior — no additional invoice. If it is not hitting the mark inside those 90 days, we make it right at no cost.

After: optional on-call at $2,000–$5,000/month, month-to-month, never required. You own the agent either way.
