Who We Are

DeployLabs is a product of Omilia Brands Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. We build autonomous AI business engines. Our website address is https://deploylabs.ca.

We operate under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”).

Information We Collect

Contact form submissions: When you fill out our contact form or AI readiness assessment, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the information you provide about your operations.

Booking information: When you book a discovery call through Cal.com, your name and email are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy.

Website analytics: We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use this site: the pages viewed, how long a visit lasts, the page or search that brought you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location at the city level. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) so it can recognise a returning browser.

When you send one of our forms or book a call on this site, we record that it happened and which form or call type it was. We never send what you typed, or your booking details, to Google. We do not use this data for advertising, we have switched off sharing it with Google for Google’s own products, and it is deleted after 14 months. You can block it through your browser’s cookie settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How We Use Your Information

Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide a mobile number when submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, we may contact you by text message about that inquiry, your booking, or your project.

We send text messages only to people who have given us their number for this purpose. We do not send text messages to numbers obtained from public listings, purchased lists, or any third-party source.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. They are shared only with our messaging provider, Telnyx, for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honour every opt-out request immediately and permanently across all of our brands.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Client records and contracts are retained for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Inquiry and consultation records are retained for up to 2 years.

Data Protection

Your data stays yours. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use client data to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is processed through encrypted channels. Client project data is stored in your own accounts where possible.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Our service providers — Vercel, Cal.com, Resend, Google, and Telnyx — are located in the United States. When you visit this site, contact us, book a consultation, or receive a message from us, your information is processed on servers outside Canada.

While your information is in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country. Courts, law enforcement, and government authorities there may be able to access it under their own legal processes, and Canadian privacy law does not override those.

We use providers that are contractually required to protect your information at a standard comparable to what we provide under Canadian law, and we remain accountable for it while they hold it.
