Ontario now requires employers with 25 or more employees to disclose AI use in job postings__. Since January 1 2026, the Working for Workers Four Act__ mandates disclosure. Most employers have not complied. The penalties are up to $100,000 CAD per conviction under the Employment Standards Act__.
